Drinking Biomel

We recommend drinking one to two servings of Biomel a day, to maximise the health benefits. You should start to feel the effects of a healthier gut after two weeks.
Any more than one serving a day is perfectly safe and delicious too. Our shots contain one serving of Biomel and our larger bottles contain four.

You can drink Biomel at any time during the day. We love having a Natural Biomel in the morning with our cereal and a flavoured shot as a guilt-free afternoon snack or evening pick me up!

Our shot bottles contain 1 serving and they are the perfect if you are planning on having 1 delicious serving of Biomel per day or taking your bottle with you on the go.
The larger 500ml bottles contain 4 servings and are designed for people who are planning on drinking 2 or more servings of Biomel per day or sharing with someone else. There is a handy portion tracker on the side of our large bottle so you can track your servings.
Biomel should be consumed within 2 days of opening.

As Biomel contains live active cultures it is important that it is kept chilled. Biomel should be stored between 2-4 degrees celsius. It may be worth checking that your fridge temperature is set cold enough. We would also suggest keeping Biomel next to other cold items in your shopping bags on the way back from the supermarket.

Biomel is great for children! Our drinks contain billions of live active cultures, vitamins D and B6 to support the normal function of the immune system and calcium to support the function of digestive enzymes.
The cultures in Biomel have been approved for consumption by infants and children. However, Biomel is not a product that has been specifically created for children so you might want to look over our ingredients to make sure Biomel is right for your child.

Our online orders are shipped with 18+ days shelf-life, so only order as much as you can drink in 18 days!
If you would like to purchase a month’s worth of Biomel, we would recommend ordering twice a month. Making your second order a few days before you are about to run out of your first.
Our large bottles are designed for people who will be drinking two servings of Biomel per day or sharing with someone else.
To make things easier, you can also sign up to our subscription service at check out. You can choose to receive a delivery every 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 weeks, and you’ll save 5% off every order!
Deliveries

We target next working day delivery for orders received Monday to Thursday. For orders received on Friday and over the weekend, orders are processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
When completing checkout, you will be given the option to select the delivery option that is right for you. All orders are delivered chilled and must be refrigerated upon arrival.

Packaging & Recycling

Our bottles are specifically designed to be recycled. You can put them in your regular recycling bin for collection.
As for the delivery packaging:
Cardboard Box – this is completely recyclable!
Cool Packs - the plastic casing is recyclable, please check your local recycling and remove the water before putting them in the bin. The cool packs are also great to reuse for picnics!
Liner – We sent the majority of our orders with carboard liners as insulation – these are fully recyclable! Some orders will come with foil liners, which are not yet recyclable.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
